Pitching Stats
As a sophomore at Half Hollow Hills West High School I was a starting pitcher/2nd base/ss/ on the Varsity team.
During
the season I went 3-1, 39 1/3 innings. Faced 159, 14 runs, 8 earned, allowed 33
hits, 36 k's, 12bb, with an ERA of 1.42.
My first start was a 6 inning, 1 hit, shutout.
I won All League Honors and a Varsity letter that year.

The above slides are from my summer travel team, the Long Island Storm. I was 15yrs old and we played 16u. My pitching stats from our 2008 summer season are as follows:
Innings pitched --49 2/3
Pitches ------------874
Strike outs----------71
Base on Balls-------32
Runs-----------------20
Earned Runs--------14
ERA----------------1.97
My main travel team is East Coast Select Baseball formally The Long Island Storm (Xirinachs).
I have been with them since the age of 9yrs. old and I am still with them. The team right now is undergoing some changes including the name mostly because of confusion with other teams named Long Island Storm. I have played with a few other organizations over the past 5 years, most recently the Long Island Titans organization and the East Coast Grays. In October of 08' I played in Jupiter, Fla. with the Grays and Coach Chris Snusz. Chris is a Red Sox associate scout. The following is a blurb from their website and what Coach Snusz had to say:
East Coast Grays! A baseball organization based in Rochester, New York.
Grays 2010 Class Update
The Grays got back from Jupiter on Monday the 27th to complete the 2008 season.
The tournament is hard to explain in regards to exposure because of the
amount of people that attended. Lets just put it this way, in our first
game on Thurs the 23rd there were easily 300 scouts watching. All in
all, there were about 1000 scouts/college coaches/agents that attended.
In order to get around, they all drove in golf carts.
During one of the games I watched with the Braves Scout Team playing,
there were about 8 rows deep of golf carts watching. We will post
pictures very soon.
Jupiter is where the best of the best come out to impress the pro
scouts and colleges. One thing it allows is the college coaches to get
an early look at prospects from the 2010 class.
Already the Grays have some very impressive arms in the 2010 class who project out to Major DI players:
TJ Pecoraro (Long Island): In both Long Island events and Jupiter, TJ was clocked at 88-90. The scary thing is he is only 15yrs old while standing 6'0 150lbs. He has no fear on the mound and has the mound presence of someone who is 6'8. After 2 dominating outings in Jupiter, he had a ton of the scouts getting information on him. As far as colleges go, it would be safe to say he could pick where ever he wanted to go.
